Alexander Bondzie Impraim is a dedicated legal practitioner with an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Ghana Law School and an Executive Master’s in Governance and Leadership from GIMPA Business School. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and is an Associate Member of the Association of Business Executives (UK). Alexander has consistently demonstrated excellence, discipline, and commitment throughout his career.

 He previously served as a Judicial Clerk at the Court of Appeal. He has a keen interest in aviation, particularly in drone technology.

Samuel Kwame Kumi, is a private legal practitioner and lecturer. He holds an LLB, and an LLM from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with his thesis focused on technology and arbitral laws in Ghana, Nigeria and Rwanda and how disputes that arose in the technology space could be resolved. He also holds a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

Samuel has valuable experience working with top-tier law firms on both litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, as well as with a governmental institution responsible for overseeing energy law and energy policy implementation in Ghana. He has keen interest in arbitration, IT law, energy law, intellectual property law and medical law and has published articles in these areas. Samuel is a recipient and alumni of the Karl-Heinz Böckstiegel Foundation Scholarship and is a member of the Young ICCA and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
